Laughable at best, horrible trades for the Rangers. Terrible return for trading away multiple key players

i received similar replies when i offered the same trade the rangers ended up getting for hayes (Lemieux and a first)

Texier and Foudy are 2 of the jackets top prospects, but im sure u had no idea of that. i doubt they would want to give them both up. it was just the idea of what a return could be. the 2 trades allows the team to have players that can contribute now and help the team build for the future.

i can understand that the trades might seem like the team doesn't improve, although in the edmonton trade the rangers receive the best player in the trade and a 1st round pick in a deep draft. additionally loosing skjei doesn't hurt the team as much as it might seem. deangleo has experience playing the left side and skjei's doesn't seem to be playing up to him contract. opening up future cap room is key.

thanks for your reply though, i hardly reply on these kind of sites because most of the people on here are teenagers who been watching the game less then 5 years.
