Jets don't match that. However if Bergevin offer sheets both players just to screw over the Jets, the rest of the league will probably stop doing deals with him and the Habs.

Not just to screw them over - more specfically to snatch up a high-end asset for relatively cheap. That's just the end result at this point in time.

How high in theory do they match?

Well Connor isn't worth $9.5M at all, his true value is around $7-$7.5M. We probably match around Aho's price.
