Except we made the playoffs by like 3-4 points last year, everyone else (other than CBJ) got better and we didn't do much other than trade out Kessel

Problem is u have 2 great players and a winger who’s good but wouldn’t be the same without sid. Other than that the forwards are all 3rd it 4th liners. And they d core isn’t horrible but also not strong

Letang and Malkin both missed a decent amount of time last year, and losing one of them is big loss for the Pens. If they are healthy all season they shouldnt have a problem making it.
