In what way? Fleury is a CLEAR upgrade over Talbot in net, for sure. Yak is an afterthought in Edmonton with Eberle and Puljujarvi... The 3rd can be made a 2nd if the value is too low, but how does this not benefit Edmonton?

Edited to change the 3rd to a second. So at this point you have Fleury for Talbot (+~1 mill retained), which I think is clearly in Edmonton's favor, and then a 2nd for Yak, which is fair in a straight up trade.

I take Talbot over Fleury all day every day. You have blinders on if you think he is a top of the league goalie. And then you are also retaining salary from Talbot? Come on man...
