Description

Montreal, well MB to be precise, will be in a Win-Now Mode, until Carey Price's contract is up for renewal(Summer 2018). Hence the reason for signing the 1 year UFA contract of Jiri Hudler.

Adding size, will help down the middle, and to shed the Desharnais Salary, a contract will need to be taken back. Since Bergevin loves bottom 6 so much, why not get a McClement for Desharnais and a pick. Not 100% certain how the Carolina Hurricanes management sees McClement in their depth chart, therefore this trade may not possibly work. Hopefully, the pick attracts them more than the 3.5 AAV for next season does...

You're giving too much for Fowler. DLR and Scherback are probably enough. FLA will not trade Bjugstad cause he's sick. You can take that 2nd rnd pick and throw it in the Yakupov trade cause Emelin is not enough. Desharnais...nobody wants Desharnais unless we're helping them with capspace
