Description

Fowler fill a big hole, Drouin can be replace in FA or with patience via our prospect pool.

IDK about the Hoffman signing, he is a risk but still a pretty good goal scorer. Granlund could be a cheaper target or we can just not sign anybody and hope for a healthy roster with KK and Zuke production go up. Maybe a guy like Clifford or a similar player could help the 4th line too.

I think this roster needs an électrochoc but with Domi, Gally, Danault, Tatar, Petry, Armia, Lehkonen, Poelhing and KK contracts expiring very soin, free agency is probably not a good idea.

You seem to contradict yourself. You reference upcoming players needing resigned, and the risk with signing FA's because of that, yet you sign a risky player in UFA Hoffman to a 5 year, 6.5 AVV contract. I think Montreal is better signing someone a cheaper, and to less term, to give them some cap flexibility. Also will also them to carry a full 23 man roster with a little bit of money to work with at the trade deadline.
