You think Melnichuk will be in the AHL? Assuming Sawchenko in ECHL along with Garreffa and Hrabik.

Better than last year we still need 2-3 A grade prospects
We have 2 in Merkley and Melinchuk
But the rest are B-/C grade prospects. Good prospects and potential bottom 6/ 3rd pairing D man

I really like Roy and think he could be a future 2nd pair defenseman in the NHL. I would have him on the 2nd pair behind Merkley. Middleton also shouldn't be scratched.

I also think Leonard should be on the top line, he has more potential in my opinion than Chekovich

I don’t think Melnichuk would have signed if he wasn’t assured a spot with the Cuda. He put up very strong numbers in the KHL last season.

If Chekhovich and Chmelevski put up big years then my faith with be massively improved.
