CBJ Savard or ARI Demers

Would like feedback on these two players value. MTL is likely to have unused cap space next season. These players have the following in common:
- RHD that can play 20 minutes a night.
- CBJ needs to sign Dubois + others and ARI needs to sign Hall or other FA's.
- They only have one year left on current contract.
- Both from Quebec (that's just a happy coincidence for MTL)

What would the cost be to acquire the players? For MTL, it's a matter of shoring up defensive depth. They have Juulsen as a RHD, but he hasnt been healthy in almost 2 years. They have Fluery, but he can play in Laval.

This isn't a trade MTL has to make so I wouldn't be willing to pay anything of real value. Does ARI or CBJ trade them as a cap dump?

As a bonus, I am also interested in the following players from each team: Anderson (CBJ) and Raanta (ARI)
