I’m surprised that is under the cap. Is there a limit on elcs though? That would be better.

I only had 1 rule: Complete a team and make sure you're under the salary cap.

I'm intrigued on making one with limited ELC's. What do you think the max should be?

5 maybe? Or none. That makes it even harder.

I did it with a maximum of two ELC since that's around the league average I'd guess.
