I'd just as soon hold on to McQuaid for another year rather than dumping him for the sake of dumping him and there is no way Carlo is ready to jump straight into the starting lineup every night. Unless they can add a top 4 D, they're going to need all the depth they can get and just throw bodies on the bottom pair and see what sticks.
