Any chance flyers fans would be interested in kapenan? Also unrelated would they move koneckny for say Nylander with additions either way?

Konecny is a WAY better fit as a Flyer than Nylander. The ask for additions on the Leafs side would be high enough that it wouldn't make sense for Toronto.

At the right price, I wouldn't mind Kapenan. The leafs will likely want Myers for him, which I'm not interested in. Nylander for Konecny seems like a lateral move that neither team is probably interested in. If the leafs are trading Nylander, you need to get a legit top 4 d-man back, not a winger like Konecny.
