Description
Out are Couture, Burns, Vlasic, and Jones while rebalancing the team for the present while jumpstarting the future. Money is retained in all of the deals with other tedious contracts coming back.

Familiar faces return with Dillon and Demelo. Thornton and Marleau return for one last go while solidifying their place in the history books. The team officially becomes Karlsson’s while ushering in a new era of a more balanced roster with some financial freedom in the near future.

I’m sure people will have issues with some of these trade offers while undervaluing the Sharks players and focusing on the contracts. I did my best to be as unbiased in creating these trades while finding situations that would be good fit for those outgoing players.

I think you can only retain money on two players.

Plus, I don't think you get that much back for Burns or Vlasic.

Thanks! I appreciate it. I believe you’re right with the retention. Vlasic & Burns would be the most important to retain on out of the 4, imo.

Honestly, the Wild one was the only one that I would consider.

Sure, Jones did not do fantastic, but should do better with of of the better defensive teams in the leauge and still costs less than Zuccarello.

What makes you say that? They clear out 2 of their worst contracts while clearing out cap space. Most Wild fans seem to want to move Zucc & DD. They also get a 2nd round pick.
