Definitely an improvement on what you have now, which isn't bad to begin with. This is a very good and also very reasonable strategy.

I think that the trades are pretty good on value except for that Boston pick. Because I'm not sure on Niederreiter's current value, you might even have to add a little.

Also love the contract for Markstrom. Im always against paying goalies out the wazoo, and for 5 years this is perfect.
