Not even close to value for Tampa for Kucherov. No way will Kucherov accept a 5 year deal @ $6.5 million try more like 7 years @ $7.5 million at least.

1st comment. I think a 1st round pick with high potential of becoming not only a lottery pick but a potential top 5 overall is fairly compensation for Tampa. Add a 2nd and Hanson as incentives, what more is this guy worth. Taylor Hall he is not.

2nd comment. It's only 600 thousand over the cap, not 6 million. An easy fix.
