With retention he’s getting paid ~$1.5 mil and he can very easily play on your 3rd pair. And it’s only for one year plus he’s a great locker room guy.

yeah, we'll just keep dermott for that. He's capable of being ok on the 3rd pairing and is like in the dressing room
