That Girgensons contract is looking curiouser and curiouser. Note that even moving one ELC off this extra-man roster doesn't get them under the cap, if I'm accurate on the RFA signings. (Also note that Thompson is NOT waiver-exempt.) Moving one of the RDs (particularly Ristolainen) for a less-expensive LD would solve all of the cap problems, of course.
