If you want to get Bishop you'll have to trade for him before the TradeDeadline 2017 - otherwise he's going to the highest bidder/ Vegas expansion. Rinne would be a huge snafu to buyout, he'd garner interest on the Tradeblock. Also the Fisher contact doesn't seem like a very kind to give a guy who carries an "A" and provides exceptional skill/toughness on the ice.
