Leafs declined dermott and Johnson for weegar. Considering Johnson was traded for little to nothing, they essentially value dermott over weegar. This trade isn’t close.

Leafs have no interest in trading Nylander. And they definitely wouldnt do it for Weegar + scraps they dont want.
