Description

The Jets need help at defense. Vegas needs cap relief. We trade for Martinez and in turn provide young prospect Niku which saves Vegas over 3 million in space. We getting Vegas 2nd round pick as well because they are caught in a jam and throw them back a 5th to make them accept. We then ship the Vegas 2nd round pick and Perreault to Ottawa for a 7th round pick in return. Ottawa gets a role model veteran winger to help develop the kids for a year plus the pick for basically nothing (7th round pick). We sign Roslavic to 2 year bridge deal. Yeah I am sure I will get beat up from all sides but I think it would help all parties involved.
