These are some of the prospects that I think can make a lot of noise at the WJC, obviously I couldn’t include everyone and I was honestly getting really frustrated that I couldn’t fit everyone also important to note that the higher up in the line up the bigger the noise I think they can make. I tried to put some interesting takes in while being realistic, if you have any suggestions I’d love to hear them!

I don't think Rossi will make too much noise because he doesn't have the supporting cast to compliment his skills. I'd swap him out for Khusnutdinov (Rus) who will probably be real impressive alongside Amirov and Podkolzin.

McMichael and Tomasino I think aren't getting enough attention (I understand cause Canada is stacked with talent)

Interested to see Chinakov since I never heard of him until Columbus drafted him and I see he's putting up real good numbers in the KHL

That’s a fair point for Rossi, but that’s why if he is putting up good numbers it will be all the more impressive, khusnutdinov is a good idea tho. And the only reason I have McMicheal and Tomasino in the scratched area is cuz there is only so much attention that can go around and I think Dach and a few others may take it and run with it.

Rossi is really good but I think it'll be an improbable task for him to make it work. Khusnutdinov (henceforth known as Marat) has unreal speed (like McDavid speed) and is tenacious as hell. That line with the transition master (Amirov) and the finishing skill of Podkolzin is going to be a big headache for most teams.

Very possible McMichael and Tomasino just don't get enough ice time to really flourish but their going to get really good opportunities when opposing teams are focusing on shutting down Canada's other big guns (Dach, Byfield etc)
