I think the Flames would consider the deal if they have a line of sight on a guy like Hamonic for that price.

Yeah, OK — no argument there. Just showing that CGY could put an enticing package together to land a franchise center (who is already better than Monahan) for the long term.

Have to think that CLB would want a 1st rounder in any deal where Dubois leaves. And they should be able to get at least a 2C as well, plus a very solid prospect.
