Description

Just messing around with trades for fun as a trade deadline primer for the Avs, This is my ideal scenario but realistic take on making moves this season.

Idea of moving out expiring UFAs for picks/assets and try to make some lateral moves bringing in players that might help now and in the future as well as open up roster spots for some of the Avs prospects to slide in to gain more NHL experience post trade deadline

Dont get sidetracked with who the pending UFAs are being traded to and what the pick amounts are, they are just more placeholders.

The only ones of substance are Duclair, De Haan and the Belesky trade, other than that its standard rental price style trades

Very interesting moves and I do like the DeHaan trade. Even with him being a RFA. He would definitely solidfy the D and hopefully they could re-sign him. With the way this team has performed, Joe Sakic may have to move out more and perhaps 'reset'?

The other idea was Spooner from Boston instead of Beleskey, but I had some talks with Bruins fans on here and I think they would like to get out of his contract so a cheaper 1 year reaming Colborne seemed like fair value
