If i were to trade marner to NYI i would want Sorokin+, and this fits that, but i say add a 2nd+5th or a 1st

But I think you are criminally underrating Sorokin and Pulock.

You are definitely right that Marner is worth more. That said given the cap situation I think this would be borderline fair. Marner is the best piece, but Pulock is a realtively cheap top pairing defensemen and Sorokin can be one of the better goalies in the league IMO. So while the picks being added would level it out, I left them out as I was looking more big picture and trying to take into account the flat cap.
