I'd say First round, the Bottom six could use some work, that Defence is decent but also needs some retooling, and the Goal tending.... is alright, I think that's pretty decent.

I think they are a playoff bubble team. Can't see Stamkos playing a full season and playoffs. Don't think Kuznetsov can carry them when Stamkos not there.
