    HATE that Arizona trade, Crouse is very similar to Mikheyev (no offence), no reason to give up a pick to acquire him. People just remember him from the juniors.

    I feel like you've underpaid UFA's quite a bit and have no cap space to bring up a player in case of injury. I doubt you're getting Coleman and Foligno (maybe one) and Driedger will have other opportunities to be the starter.

    Is this team honestly any better then last years?

    I think that this team would be much heavier on the left side especially.
    I find Mikeyev is a bit soft, and Crouse could bring that toughness that the leafs need.
    Coleman, hyaman, crouse, and foligno can play up an down the lineup in the event of an injury.
    AND they're all faster than Jumbo.
    Any injuries happen, then put in robertson.
    Driedger is a good 1a/b option - I'm thinking at having a 50/50 split of the games.
    So to answer your question, Yes, this team is better than last years team.
