IMO Ovi is gonna want another cup, so he's gonna want to sign with a contender and most contenders are cap strapped. He's publicly said in the passed that MTL is the other team apart from WSH he'd love to play for. But my gut tells me he resigns with WSH in the end. For the money I'm giving to Jumbo and Marleau playing sheltered minutes, I'd prefer them than anyone else and only cause what their presence could do for the future of our young players.

The Sedins have expressed the influence Matt Sundin's presence had for them when he joined VAN. That's around the time when they reached elite level and they credit Sundin for that.
