2. We are moving out a guy that when buried only hits us with 500k and a young asset to take on a 3rd pair declining asset with a buyout proof contract. Id be more inclined with this kind of deal we we actually got something of value from it. (Find a 3rd team to take some keith money so the hit is reasonable).
