Vegas literally can't do that. You would have to take cap back. They currently have 6 million dollars in cap and are exempt from Seattle.

Rangers say no. Marner makes too much money imo and his contract would make it impossible to sign Mika, Fox, Kakko, Shesty and Buch plus a 2C, not to mention Laf the year after. No fit there at all.
