Pass on about all those deals.

Patrick doesn’t make any sense for us, Skjei doesn’t for them.
Way, way too much for Tarasenko

What does Schmidt do that Skjei doesn’t?

Giving up Hamilton’s rights to get back what we have to dump Gardiner doesn’t look great. Is what it is.

Goodrow ain’t worth that.

I like the idea of Tara but at the right price. This is an overpay IMO given the injury risk at the cap hit he has, would at least expect some serious retention given this deal.

Also think Goodrow salary is way too high for Canes. I’m sure a team will pay close to that but I think it’s part of the Tampa effect and not sure he’s worth that.

Would also rather keep Skjei personally. I wouldn’t resign Barrie because I don’t love his fit on the team and I also think the return for a Nolan is a bit underwhelming.
