Description

I’m a coyotes fan first always, but I live up in Seattle these days and I’m adopting them as my 2nd/3rd team, super excited to go to a few games and hopefully they have some success.

That being said, this team has a lot of work to do. I don’t even really know where to start. Their forward group is pretty brutal and I think expecting Landeskog to sign is relatively far-fetched. Here’s my first attempt at making a decent roster given what they have.

It would be a fantastic 3rd line, one of the best in the league in my opinion.

They really dropped the ball on some picks, especially since there was no side deals. They should have taken Bean, Domi, Zadorov, and probably Fischer instead of the guys they took from those teams. But you can’t ignore the amount of cap space they have, they can sign both Hamilton and Landeskog and have 10 M remaining. Don’t think they’ll get either guy but still, cap space is a valuable asset

Yeah there were about eight guys that I think would've been better choices to take from the Kings too.

Will be interesting to see if they sign some more guys in free agency.
