Dvorak is becoming overrated real quick on this site. I think people are just going with the trend of trying to acquire Dvorak cause they’ve seen other people doing so. Dvorak is capable of being a solid third line center who can put up 20 goals and 45 points. The problem is, he’s never actually reached either of those totals. A first and a prospects seems like a lot to give up for a third line center who doesn’t even produce that much. He’s worth a second round pick and a B level prospect at MOST. Any team giving up a first for him is just dumb…

I agree to a degree, his production is good for the team he was on, he is a two way center that can have excelent face off, his skating is good, he is an ideal replacement for danault and is younger with more up side. Unfortunately you have to pay to get what you need, I'm sure if they would take a second or a second and a third it would be better but it is what it is
