I dont see them trading Rathbone at this point (although unless he is lights out he probably starts in the minors).
I wouldnt be surprised if both Hughes and Pettersson get bridge deals- neither is dealing from a position of strength (especially Hughes), and the cap should increase in 3 years time.
The BIG caveat is that Benning is likely looking to make the team better NOW, rather than whats best for the team in 2 or 3 years, simply to keep his job. Any major misstep on his acquisitions this year, or missing the playoffs....and he is likely gone.
