It’s too bad he couldn’t go to a contender and get a cup… he did have to miss out all of last season, so I understand why he retired. And he’s 39! He kind of did retire as a Ranger, because he never played for the Capitals, and he only played for the Rangers… so if you want to look at it that way, he kind of did.
