On the Demko, Chychrun and Rakell trades. None of those three are remotely realistic.

Demko deal needs to be better Koskinen is a no go Lavoie doesn't have that much value Canucks are clearly downgrading here, For Chychrun Duncan Keith hardly has much value and Bill Armstrong isn't dealing his best Defenseman for 1st round picks that are still 2 and 3 years away respectively. Turris has 0 value plus a 2nd is nowhere near enough for Rakell. Probably need to add a 1st round pick on the Rakell deal. You need to remove Duncan Keith who definitely isn't waiving for Arizona. And add one of Yamamoto/Holloway at the very least and will probably need to add Broberg as well.
