Ok. I'm done with all these things underrating Kevin Klein, calling a player who's actually a top 4 D-Man (possibly top 2, probably 3rd D-Man) a healthy scratch D-Man. Kevin Klein gets you way more than a 4th.

Klein is no way worth more than a 4th Round Pick. Maybe last season when he was having a career year with an inflated shooting percentage (see Holden, Nick). This season his play has fallen off significantly and he has a negative impact on the Rangers defense core.
