So in your "dream" you trade Toby for less than magic beans in order to keep Chiarot... If they dumped him for so little Chevy should be fired.

I like the Theodore trade but he hasn't proven to be a top 4 D at the NHL level yet. I think he will be a middle pair D, but maybe it makes more sense to keep Toby on the second pair and play Theodore on the third in your scenario. You do have $13million in cap space.
