You lost me with the Gaudreau deal. Also would prefer a vet to play with Power, Fine with the NYR trade tho.

Also just letting Olofsson go for nothing? Hes an RFA

Meant to trade him for picks and forgot. And the gaudreau deal would sell tickets and make this team a much improved option. This also doesnt include possible shane wright

It wouldn't sell one single ticket and it would destroy future cap space as our young guys need to get paid and gaudreau ages

Lol. False on the 1st part. 2nd, as you can tell they still have 20 million in cap space, Okposo 6 million off the books next year and Skinner contract will be 9 million down the road. This is also without the cap rising at all

Skinner has 5 years left on his deal and every single player will need a new contract before this stupid contract is done.

Also, no Johnny Gaudreau won't sell a single ticket and its idiotic management to shell out 70 million for a player at age 29 when you aren't a contender (or ever).

Just take the L and move on.
