Secure the top guys upfront cause they aren't the problem. Key is to sort out the b6 a bit, retool the 2nd and 3rd pair and get a legit goalie.

Kuemper is legit, he is right there. He is injury prone but these are risks that teams that actually go all-in take to make a run of things. plus skinner as the internal backup keep the pricetag of the tandem down for a bit.

For forwards, its about getting some defensively competent yet physical guys that aren't liabilities mixed in with youth. Lazar and glendenning bring the solid play and the youth of mcloed holloway will bring a good mix to the b6.

We need a 2nd pair dman, and the best one available that is cost controlled is chych. He will cost a lot of pieces but, giving up pieces that wont be doing much for at least another few years to improve the team now is needed to get to that next step. Internal options like broberg and neemo bring some needed depth as well as versatility to the dcore.

This roster would be a solid upgrade in key areas of need while notlosing areas of strength. A team like this could really do some damage in the west.
