Trouba is second in ice time at 22 mins a night only behind Adam Fox on the number defensive team in hockey, and sees prime pk minutes. That’s not a bottom pair defenseman. Granted I probably wouldn’t want that contract, but this isn’t Ristolainen we’re talking about here.
