They will find a trade for Simek this off-season, not at the point of a buyout

Vlasic likely get 1 more season before a buyout is considered just to try and keep the years down on the buyout length. But depending upon cap projections they might wait this one out.
As soon as the players debt to owners is paid off we are going to see a spike in the upper limit of the salary cap, I can foresee a $10M jump when that happens. We likely have 2 more seasons before that happens from what I've read.
