just the basis of a deal:

ANA trades: Jones and Stolarz and eats 6.3M in cap
ANA gets: Sandin, Roy and Mrazek

VGK trades: Dadonov, Roy
VGK gets: Jones, Holl

TOR trades: Sandin, Holl, Mrazek
TOR gets: Dadonov, Stolarz

I admit, ANA makes out in this deal player wise but they do take on a lot of the cap. Maybe instead of Jones, VGK gets Steel and/or instead of taking Holl they get one of Mahura, Guhle, Benoit or Moore. ANA could also add a small piece or two to either team to make it more fair if needed.

Toronto is giving up Sandin and moving 2 cap dumps for free and getting back a goalie on a good contract and a 20 goal scorer

It’s not free. They gave up Sandin. Also Holl isn’t a cap dump, he’s just an unwanted player.
