MN declines. We can’t take cap back. And I doubt BG waits until 2024 draft for the first. He’ll get better offers for more immediate help.

It will cost substantially more to dump JVR. not to mention teams will be competing for the chance to dump their bad contracts to AZ.
it will take a 1st at least.

Minnesota has $6.5 million in cap room with 19 players on the roster including only 1 goalie. Please explain to me how adding $5.5 million (85% of our open cap) for Konecny is gonna help us with our cap issues.
