Description

If Drury chooses not to re-sign Copp or Strome (I don't see anyway they bring back Strome), Chytil gets a chance at 2C and the Rangers sign Nick Paul to center a shutdown line. He would probably require a no trade, but he is friends with Goodrow who he played with in juniors (Brampton) and it is unlikely Tampa can re-sign him. Would love to trade Nemeth, but with a lack of picks, I can't see Drury moving a 2nd or 3rd rounder to dump him, will have to see if I'm wrong.

This roster is really trusting the kids, but will have some cap space to make some trades at the deadline to add pieces. That is the main reason why I'd buyout Nemeth, which I hate doing, but we may need picks to acquire players at the deadline. Not sure I can see Drury going with this much youth, but if we had a checking line to play against the Stamkos line in the ECF, would have been very interesting to see who comes out on top.
