Description
Credit to Eskimo Brother of the DobberSports forum for making accurate assumptions to get this team. He did the hard work, I did the fun manipulating

-Fleury to Calgary for an unknown return that does not include players needing expansion protection.
-Zucker and Dumba to NJ for an unknown return that does not include players needing expansion protection.
-Bieksa waives NMC (therefore Anaheim goes 7F & 3D).

Teams who had a UFA stolen did not have another player selected.

GMGM has already come out and made it clear that they are aware that they will not be able to pass 6 or 7 players through waivers so they know that there will be roster movement between the draft and the start of the season. This is it.

Vegas is going to want to get the young guys in the lineup who WILL be a part of their future so their best options will be to trade out some of the cap friendly contracts to teams who need the space, and cant afford their own UFA's

VGK
  1. Zboril, Jakub
Additional Details:
Boston needs some depth scoring, Weal should be a great solution. Zboril's development curve hasn't gone the way the Bruins had hoped for, but he can still easily fetch them this cap friendly forward and a pick.
BOS
  1. Weal, Jordan
  2. 2018 4th round pick (VGK)
Additional Details:
I know that it seems crazy to draft potentially the next Jonathan Marchessault only to trade him before he proves it, but Weal will have leverage as a good cap hit. Weal isn't young, so by the time Vegas is competitive he will have passed his prime years, so why not turn him into the best possible return

VGK
  1. 2017 2nd round pick (NSH)
Additional Details:
Nashville loses Calle Jarnkrok, but also gains the cap room in taking back a cheaper contract of Granlund. They give up a 2nd
NSH
  1. Granlund, Markus
Additional Details:
Calle Jarnkrok deserves a shot at a full time bottom-6 role and Vegas will give that to him by moving out a cap friendly centreman.

VGK
  1. 2018 3rd round pick (SJS)
Additional Details:
Toronto could use a quality backup to fill the gap until a prospect tender is ready. Brossoit could be perfect for them.
TOR
  1. Brossoit, Laurent
Additional Details:
No need for 2 nhl-caliber backups in Vegas. They'll take a pick and fill out the roster spots with other Free agents

Not sure about everyone else's teams, but from a Flyers perspective I find it hard to believe they lose Weal. Chances are they use their last protection slot on him and expose Raffl, Laughton, Cousins, Read, and Weise. That seems to be the way the front office is leaning in their actions. Hexy came out and recently spoke about already working on contracts for Weal/Ghost but they just don't have them completed yet. Del Zotto might be a UFA Vegas could look at from the Flyers, but IMO it makes more sense for them to take a guy like Raffl who can play anywhere form the 1st line to the 3rd/4th who is relatively young and on a good contract. Laughton could also be a good option for them. I can't wait to see what deals are made and thanks for putting in the work.

Lots of interesting takes here! Even with all these moves, this team is still going to be terrible next year. As a minor criticism I think you missed Washington for the expansion draft - likely they would add another goalie from them.
