Description
My take on the Sabres for this season. I tried to be pretty generous with dollar amounts and the trade return so we aren't left arguing about that.

My goal was to round out our roster and insulate our young core with players who complement them.

This leaves Peterka, Bryson, and Luukkonnen without immediate roster spots. I'm sure this won't be popular, but how often do we actually have a fully healthy lineup at any point in the year? I think we'll appreciate the depth, and we can rotate players in and out if we actually are completely healthy.

Thanks for the reply. Seemed like there were more than a few Sharks mocks that had him going for a late 2 or 3+, so those were my baseline. You may be right, what would you say his value is? And at the same time, what would you say Hill's value is?

Half the league is looking for goalies and they don't get much more reliable or cheap as James Reimer. Sharks will use this to their advantage. I'd say the price is a 2nd and a prospect. But if we wait until the season starts and a contender has a goalie go down, we could net more. Grier is preaching patience on the goalie front saying he's happy to have 3 goalies for now.
