I would pass on the FLA trade. Plus Ovie is the face of the Caps.....he is NOT going anywhere!

Huge overpay by Florida and I dont really see this improving the Panthers team at all granted taking away 3 role players and Kuznetsov not being locked up in a contract. Ovi is a tough sell, just because only a few teams are able to absolve his cap hit

Don't really think it's an overpay at all...Kuzy for Barkov... Bjugstad (fresh off a 1 point per 4 games pace) locked up for 4.1 mil for 4 moreyears, one more year of Marchessault before he goes ufa and a first round pick for Ovi.
