Description

Guerin solved our cap conundrum for this season with the Talbot trade. Previously we only had $1.4M in cap space with 11 forwards, 7 D, and 2 goalies. We now have a full roster with plenty of cap space. I still think Guerin would like to add a top 6 center if he can (I'd guess he would love Miller), but I'd be really surprised if he found a way to make that happen. A more likely scenario would be adding a bottom 6 forward (ideally center) who is defensively responsible and can PK. Helm would be a great addition with speed and defensive ability. Blackwell would be another intriguing player with the high-energy game he plays. Brassard could be another solid option with his two-way game.
