That doesn’t matter with Fast. And since he is a team first guy and everybody loves him, Canes aren’t trading him. Why else do you think Martinook was resigned? He doesn’t provide much else outside of defense and a voice in the locker room, but Rod pushed for him to be resigned.

Canes don’t need Yams, and they aren’t trading Fast to get him.
