I think, with the promise of more money after his bridge deal, Stu takes the 3 year deal. After those 3 years, the cap will go up to 90 million and a bunch of buyouts and retentions come off the books. He'll sign for 10+ after that (possibly).

Cat can start with the QO, (9?) sure. But it's guaranteed money at 8.5 for the next forever. I'd be okay with 8x9.

Either cat (replaced by Greig) or Zub (replace by Thompson/JBD) or both will be gone in the next 2 season
