Jones is developing nicely, and Paigin might be a real sleeper. The Oilers may not have a future roster spot for Osterle so he might be useful incentive for NYI to make this trade happen. Not sure they want a left-shooting fringe offensive defense man though.

Montreal needs to improve down the middle and RNH can help them. Plekanec is a salary dump that allows the Habs to net-out evenly for the next season, and have room to keep Radulov, now that Drouin is signed for big $. Sign and trade Galchenyuk, he's expendable now that Drouin and Radulov are on the roster.

Plekanic is a UFA at the end of next season. Last year his face-off percentage was slightly better than Letestu's, he can slot in as 3C and buy the Oilers a year to figure out a long-term solution. Galchenyuk should be able to replace offensive productivity lost in the Eberle deal.
